All Hired and On-Demand Road Modes

Ways of travelling by road in a vehicle and with a driver arranged for a single trip, rather than along a fixed route or timetable, whether hailed in the street, booked from a rank or ordered through a smartphone application. An entry belongs here when the cited article calls the mode a taxi service, a ride hailing service or a ridesharing service. It excludes buses and other fixed route public road transport, and private cars driven by their owners. Entries are placed by what their own cited article says, so each one sits in the narrowest group its source supports, and the group page lists it beside the other members.
