The ZEMU03, nicknamed Sirius and registered in the Czech Republic as Class 665, is an electric multiple unit built by CRRC Zhuzhou Locomotive for the European market under European Union TSI standards. It belongs to the ZEMU family, whose other member is the double-deck ZEMU02 run by Westbahn. Leo Express ordered three units in 2016, with an option on 27 more, but withdrew in 2022 after Renfe and CAF took a majority of its shares; CRRC continued the type approval through its Vienna subsidiary and RegioJet leased the three trains for five years from September 2024. Passenger service began in 2024 on the R23 express line between Kolín and Ústí nad Labem. A set has six cars joined by Jacobs bogies, five sliding doors, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and 314 seats, 40 of them in first and business class, and about 20 percent of its components come from Czech suppliers.
