Wuling is a Chinese car brand established in 1982 by Liuzhou Wuling Automobile, first to meet demand for small delivery vehicles. Full production began in 1984 with the LZ110, a twin of the third-generation Mitsubishi Minicab built under licence, and it later added a successor called the Dragon and a Daihatsu Zebra based model. In 2002 Wuling joined SAIC Motor and General Motors in the SAIC-GM-Wuling joint venture, which makes all later Wuling brand models, and the brand is shared between that venture and Wuling Motors, a subsidiary of Guangxi Automotive Group. It covers mini electric cars, people movers, trucks and buses.
