The Wisconsin and Southern Railroad is a Class II regional railroad operating in southern Wisconsin and northeastern Illinois, currently run by Watco. It manages former trackage from two historic lines, the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad and the Chicago and North Western Railway, most of which was acquired in the 1980s.
