All North American Railroads

Freight, passenger and regional railroads of the United States, Canada and Mexico, from the large Class I systems to short lines and railroads that have disappeared into mergers. An entry belongs here when the cited article names a railroad or railway company of the United States, Canada or Mexico. It excludes railways of Britain, state railways and urban transit agencies. Entries are placed by what their own cited article says, so each one sits in the narrowest group its source supports, and the group page lists it beside the other members.
