China Express Airlines is a Chinese regional airline established in May 2006 and headquartered at Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport in Chongqing, China. It describes itself as China's first private regional airline, operating regional jet aircraft on domestic routes that connect smaller Chinese cities to larger hubs, a niche distinct from the trunk routes flown by China's major national carriers. The airline maintains codeshare agreements with major Chinese carriers including Air China, China Eastern Airlines and Sichuan Airlines, allowing it to feed passengers into their wider networks.
