The Juno M-series of 1962, the M80 and M85, was a scooter with a clutchless Badalini-type hydraulic-mechanical transmission that would provide the basis for the later Hondamatic motorcycle transmissions. Honda discontinued the Juno by the end of the year, with only 5,880 produced. The Juno had been Honda's first scooter in 1954, when the K-series was too expensive and the engine overheated. The sources used for this page record no other change specific to the 1962 model year, so this page claims none.
