The Honda CB550 had a single generation, made from 1974 to 1978, in two versions that were sold alongside each other and shared a similar engine, instruments, lights, wheels, brakes and frame: the CB550K and, from 1975 to 1977, the CB550F Super Sport. The CB550F had an exhaust that was lighter, four into one, handlebars a little flatter and a different fuel tank that had no chrome trim. A drum brake at the rear and one disc brake at the front were on both versions. Each model year has its own page.
