Mazda Parkway second generation

Buses and Road Mass Transit Vehicles

The second-generation Mazda Parkway, the type WVL, was introduced in January 1982 as a rebodied minibus built on the second-generation Mazda Titan truck and using that model's chassis, engines, front clip and doors. It stayed on sale in Japan until 1997. The WVL bus was introduced to the Indian market in 1986 by SML Isuzu, formerly Swaraj Mazda Limited, badged as the T3500, and it is still in production there. It succeeded the first-generation Parkway of 1972 to 1982, which had in turn replaced the Mazda Light Bus of 1965 to 1972, and the Parkway was also available as the Kia Combi because of Mazda's partnership with Kia.
