The Albion Victor VT was a front-engined bus chassis built by Albion Motors of Scotstoun, Glasgow, from 1959 to 1966, derived from the chassis of the Chieftain truck. Albion had been owned by Leyland Motors since 1951, and the bus range had been cut back after that takeover. It carried the Victor name that had been used for a 20 or 24 seater of 1930 to 1939 and for the lightweight Victor FT of 1947 to 1959. As with most Albion buses, the name begins with a V, a naming habit shared by the Valiant, Valkyrie, Venturer and Viking models of the marque.
