Renault 12/16 CV

The Renault 12/16 CV was a series of passenger cars from the French maker Renault from the period before the Second World War. The CV in the name stands for the Steuer-PS, the fiscal horsepower rating used for taxation. The series brought together the following models: the Type AZ, built from 1908 to 1909; the Type BZ, built from 1909 to 1910; and the Type CB, built from 1910 to 1912. The German Wikipedia article gives only this grouping with the years of each member, and cites the reference book Toutes les Renault by René Bellu, published in Paris in 1979.
