The Plymouth Standard was the simpler of the two trim levels of the Plymouth range in the 1933 to 1935 model years, built by Chrysler under the Plymouth name. It replaced the four-cylinder New Finer Plymouth and was the first six-cylinder Plymouth. The 1933 Model PC, shown in November 1932, had a side-valve inline six of 3,110 cubic centimetres producing 70 brake horsepower (51 kilowatts) on a 2,718 millimetre wheelbase, but it looked too much like its predecessor and sold badly, about 60,000 being made before it was replaced by the restyled Model PCXX in April 1933. The 1934 Model PG and the 1935 Model PJ had a 3,299 cubic centimetre six. The Standard was dropped in 1936 in favour of the Business.
