Dodge New Value

The Dodge New Value, also known as the DU Series, was a six-cylinder passenger car sold by Dodge of Detroit, introduced in January 1935 as successor to the Standard, Special and Deluxe models. Its side-valve inline six of 3,569 cubic centimetres produced 87 brake horsepower (64 kilowatts) with rear-wheel drive and an optional semi-automatic clutch. It came on two wheelbases, 2,946 and 3,251 millimetres, with a narrow raked grille and a body lowered by 92.5 millimetres, all-steel bodies as sedans, coupes and a convertible, and new features including an automatic choke, power steering and opening windscreens. The Beauty Winner replaced it in November 1935.
