The Dodge Fast Four was a model that Dodge made from 1927 until 1928 and was the new mid-level car from Dodge in 1927. It came in three types, series 124, 128 and 129. The original four-cylinder block was improved with five cam bearings, semi-pressure oiling and two intake ports and four exhaust ports in a non-crossflow arrangement, good for 44 horsepower. It looked like earlier four-cylinder Dodges but with a more rounded body, and standard equipment included a speedometer, an ammeter, a tool kit and a headlight dimmer.
