Dixi R 9

The Dixi R 9 was a car of the Fahrzeugfabrik Eisenach sold under the Dixi marque. The German list of Dixi models records the R 9 8/21 PS as built from 1910 to 1914 as a closed saloon with a 1,744 cc engine and a top speed of 70 km/h, and also lists an R 9 8/24 PS. A 1976 history of the Eisenach works names the R 9 with 8/24 PS among the models that followed the B 1 when civil car production restarted after the First World War. The two power designations suggest more than one version of the type, but the sources read give no further technical detail, so none is added here.
