Morris Commercial JE

Automobiles

The Morris Commercial JE is a fully electric light commercial vehicle developed by the revived Morris Commercial company, inspired by the 1948 Morris J-Type van. It was first revealed as a prototype in 2019 and formally unveiled on 13 November 2019, with production planned for 2021 at around 60,000 pounds. The design is a retro-styled two-tone van with curved lines and chrome detailing, shown as a five-door panel van and as a pickup. It is built on a lightweight carbon fibre and aluminium chassis with a rear-mounted electric motor, aiming at a driving range of about 250 miles. Morris Commercial, set up in 2015, held the Morris trademark.
