Toyota Carina (fifth generation, T170) model years

The model year pages of the Toyota Carina (fifth generation, T170), 1988 to 1991. Each page covers one model year of this generation and links to the year before and after it, to the generation page and to the Toyota Carina model page, so the whole run can be followed one year at a time. Body styles are properties of the pages and not separate groups. In brief: The fifth generation Carina was released in May 1988, and the Surf wagon and Van versions also underwent a full model change to bring them in line with their siblings.
