The LTD Crown Victoria was Ford's downsized full size car of the 1980s, the flagship of the LTD range on the rear drive Panther platform and the Ford counterpart of the Mercury Grand Marquis. It took the Crown Victoria name from a 1955 Fairlane and its aluminum band across the roof, and it came as a two door and four door sedan and a wagon. A redesigned Crown Victoria replaced it for 1992. This site gives every generation and every model year its own page, in one generation: the single generation (1980 to 1991).
