The 1907 Rover 20 was a production version of the Rover which had won the Isle of Man Tourist Trophy race in 1906, though artillery wood wheels were fitted in place of the wire wheels used in the race and a longer wheelbase kept the engine out of the passenger area. The engine was very much based on the Rover 16 but the bore had been increased by 2 millimeters. Its model years run from 1907 to 1911.
