1949 Rover P3 (Sixty and Seventy-Five)

Automobiles

The P3 was produced until the summer of 1949 and replaced by the all new Rover 75, the P4, announced on 23 September 1949, which was produced until 1959. Eventually 1,274 Sixty and 7,837 Seventy-Five models were made. About six Seventy-Five cars were built with triple SU carburettors, a throwback to the prewar Speed models of Rover, and one survivor has an over bored 2,400 cubic centimeter engine.
