The 14/45 was announced in October 1924 with a much more powerful engine than its predecessor and stayed available until 1928, supplemented from May 1926 by the 2.4 liter 16/50 on the same chassis. It had unusual features: an engine with spherical combustion chambers whose overhead valves were set at 45 degrees, four wheel brakes and a four speed gearbox. The Times reviewer liked the car although he found the engine had no very marked bite. Its model years run from 1924 to 1928.
