The Series II Phantom was available from the 2023 model year, with new garnish above the Pantheon Grille and above the LED daytime running lamps, revised headlamps with bezel starlights and a new set of disc wheels. The platform and V12 were unchanged, and the Phantom remained the flagship of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, offered in two wheelbase lengths and built at Goodwood. It was built by Rolls-Royce Motor Cars in Goodwood, England.
