In 2021 the Phantom was in its fourth year, with a Starlight Headliner in the extended car that uses more than 1500 fibre optics elements to create the impression of a night sky with stars, a technology first used on the Phantom Celestial. The Phantom Oribe was a special edition of 2021, and the Phantom was considered by many motoring outlets to be the best luxury car on sale. It was built by Rolls-Royce Motor Cars at Goodwood.
