1937 Rolls-Royce Phantom III

Automobiles

A Phantom III Sedanca de Ville of 1937 was the car driven by the villain Auric Goldfinger in the 1964 James Bond film Goldfinger, in black and yellow, because its great strength would hold the weight of the gold he smuggled around Europe. The Phantom III was the last car that Henry Royce worked on, he having died aged 70 a year into its development. The Phantom III was built by Rolls-Royce Limited.
