The second generation Ghost was seen testing for the first time on 24 January 2019 and fully revealed on 1 September 2020. Unlike the first generation, it shares its platform with the eighth generation Phantom and the Cullinan, and it has all wheel drive, all wheel steering, a Planar suspension that adds dampers and mass to counter high frequency vibration, and a new illuminated grille. A Series II update was revealed on 9 October 2024. Its model years run from 2020 to 2026.
