The Series 1 Riley One-Point-Five was launched in November 1957, directly after the 1957 London Motor Show, a few months after the Wolseley, which was released in April 1957. The two models were differentiated by nearly 20 hp, the Riley having twin SU carburettors giving it more power at 68 hp. They used the Morris Minor floor pan, suspension and steering, but with the larger B-Series engine and the MG Magnette gearbox. Its model years run from 1957 to 1960.
