The fifth generation Ram made its debut at the 2018 North American International Auto Show in Detroit, Michigan, on January 15, 2018, as an early 2019 model, so the 2018 Ram 1500 was the last model year of the fourth generation before the new truck. The 2018 Ram was a full size pickup of the Ram Trucks brand with the 3.6 liter Pentastar V6, the 5.7 liter Hemi V8 and the 3.0 liter EcoDiesel. It was a full size pickup truck sold by Ram Trucks.
