Plymouth Fury (fifth generation)

Automobiles

The fifth Fury began with a partial facelift for 1969 and was offered as a two door hardtop, a convertible, a four door hardtop, a four door sedan and a station wagon, in Fury I, II, III, Sport Fury and VIP forms. For 1970 it gained the round sided fuselage look a year after the lead Chrysler models and the VIP was dropped. A Brougham package, new Sport Fury sedans and a Gran Coupe and Gran Sedan followed, and the 1973 front end was redesigned with bumpers that could take 5 mile an hour impacts. Its model years run from 1969 to 1973.
