The Ram 1500 REV is a range-extended full-size pickup truck from Ram Trucks, based on the fifth-generation Ram 1500. Ram announced it in November 2023, after showing the all-electric Ram Revolution concept in January 2023, and the production truck took the REV name in September 2025 when the fully electric version was cancelled. Electric motors drive both axles, rated at 340 horsepower at the front and 319 horsepower at the rear. A 3.6 litre Pentastar V6 gasoline engine turns a generator that recharges the battery but has no mechanical link to the wheels. Ram expects an all-electric range of 145 miles from a battery with 70.8 kilowatt-hours usable, a range of 690 miles when the gasoline engine is used with the 27 gallon tank, and a towing capacity of up to 14,000 pounds. Production was first planned for early 2024 and has since been put back to April 2027.
