Honda has built and sold the Ridgeline since the 2006 model year, a mid size pickup with unibody construction, a crew cab, a short bed and an engine mounted transversely. It was Honda's first foray into the pickup truck, designed by an engineering team from Honda R&D Americas led by Gary Flint, and it was aimed at buyers moving to a pickup from sedans, minivans and SUVs. Production of the first generation ended in early 2015, the second generation went on sale in June 2016 as a 2017 model, and a third generation was confirmed on July 23, 2026. This site lists a page for every model year in the span covered here, each focused on what changed in that year, grouped into 2 generations: the first generation (2006 to 2014 model years); the second generation (2017 to 2026 model years). Each year page links to its generation, to this model page, to the previous model year and to Honda.
