Mitsubishi Proudia (first generation)

Automobiles

The first Proudia and Dignity range was designed by Mitsubishi and co-manufactured with Hyundai, which sold its own version as the Equus. It was meant to compete with the Nissan Cima and the Toyota Crown Majesta as a full size luxury car, though Mitsubishi chose a transverse engine with front wheel drive. It came as the A, B or C specifications, with a 3.5 liter V6 or a 4.5 liter V8. Its model years run from 1999 to 2001.
