The Minicab MiEV was renamed the Minicab EV in December 2023, as MiEV was deemed confusing, and it was revived in Japan along with its Nissan badged Clipper EV sibling. The model code changed from ZAB-U68V to ZAB-U69V to reflect a 20.0 kWh battery. Maximum power was 31 kW, and the range was 180 km. In February 2023 Mitsubishi had announced plans to produce the model in Indonesia. The Minicab was a rebadged Suzuki Carry or Every.
