The Colt of 1967 was in its sixth year, with the Colt 1100, the Colt 1500 and the fastback Colt 800 and its derivatives. The Colt 600 was powered by a 594 cc air cooled straight twin, and the fastback series built from 1965 continued, as the Colt marque was used for Mitsubishi cars in Asia and Europe. Colt was also used as a marque from 1974 to 1984 by the Colt Car Company to market Mitsubishi vehicles in the United Kingdom.
