Chevrolet Uplander

Automobiles

The Chevrolet Uplander is a minivan manufactured and marketed by the Chevrolet division of General Motors for the 2005 to 2009 model years, replacing the Venture and the Astro. It was marketed over a single generation in short and long wheelbase variations, each with foldable and removable second and third row seating, a V6 engine and a four-speed automatic transmission. It was heavily based on GM's predecessor minivans and was initially marketed alongside the Venture and Astro. The Uplander and its rebadged variants, the Saturn Relay, Buick Terraza and Pontiac Montana SV6, were manufactured at the Doraville Assembly plant, and a flex-fuel version of the 3.9 liter V6 became available for 2007.
