In the summer of 2019 Mini launched an updated version of the Countryman John Cooper Works, unofficially known as the Countryman JCW 306, in a year when the F60 was in its third full year. The second generation Countryman was built at VDL Nedcar in Born in the Netherlands and in 2019 was available in Cooper, Cooper S, Cooper D and plug in forms. The JCW was the sporting end of the Countryman range, with all wheel drive as standard.
