A partial improvement was made on 28 June 2012, when the Metropolitan Gray Mica color was replaced by Dolphin Gray Mica, the seat cushion of the C changed to tailored black, and the front and rear outer headrests were enlarged. A headrest and a three point seatbelt were added in the rear center seat to strengthen safety. The Verisa of 2012 was in its ninth year as a compact car. The name Verisa was created by combining the Italian word verita, meaning truth, with the English word satisfaction.
