The Verisa received a minor change on 4 August 2006, with a black and brown leather interior in the L and an olive and dark red one in the C, black metallic center panel and shift panel, and bright molding on the dress up package. The T Style special edition, based on the L with a sand beige leather interior and 15 inch alloy wheels, went on sale on 22 December 2006. The Verisa was built on the Mazda DY platform, as was the Demio.
