The Scrum of 2011 was in its seventh year as the fourth generation van and wagon, with the wagon all turbocharged after the 2010 change, an all aluminium three cylinder 660 cc DOHC engine of 49 PS in the van, and a column shift with walk through. The Scrum was a Mazda version of the Suzuki Every and Every Wagon, sold in Japan as a kei van and wagon. The Scrum was an OEM version of the Suzuki Every and Carry. The front grille and bumpers of the Scrum van and wagon were the same as those of the Every, and the truck the same as the Carry.
