Mitsubishi Proudia

Automobiles

The Proudia was a Mitsubishi luxury sedan, placed below the Dignity limousine, which was a lengthened Proudia. Its name joins the English words proud and diamond, for the company logo. The first generation, made from late 1999 to 2001, was designed by Mitsubishi, co-manufactured with Hyundai of South Korea, which sold its own version as the Hyundai Equus, and used a transverse engine with front wheel drive. The second generation of 2012 to 2016 was a rebadged second generation Nissan Fuga. This site gives every generation and every model year its own page, in 2 generations: the first generation (1999 to 2001); the second generation (2012 to 2016).
