The Lincoln Premiere of 1960 was the last, the longest Lincoln ever produced without federally mandated 5 mile per hour bumpers, with a front shoulder room of 63.1 inches and rear shoulder room of 63.0 inches that set a record for Lincoln that still stands. It was replaced with the 1961 Continental sedan, and the Premiere name has since been revived as a trim level on Lincoln models. The Premiere was a unibody luxury Lincoln built at the Wixom plant.
