The Corsair made its debut on 17 April 2019 at the New York show and shares its underpinnings with the fourth generation Ford Escape. It went on sale in late 2019 with Standard and Reserve trims, with an exclusively plug in hybrid Grand Touring trim arriving later in 2020, joined the Nautilus, Aviator, Continental and Navigator in Lincoln's lineup, and was refreshed for 2023. Production ended in December 2025. Its model years run from 2020 to 2026.
