The third generation Vigor (CB5, CC2 and CC3) came when the fourth generation Accord launched in 1989, as the Vigor stopped using the Accord chassis and moved to a stretched derivative. It was the top sedan at Honda Verno dealerships in Japan, sold next to the all new Inspire and the new second generation Legend at Honda Clio dealerships, and its only engine was a five cylinder petrol unit mounted longitudinally. The United States also sold it, as the first generation Acura Vigor from the 1992 model year. Each model year has its own page.
