The first generation Honda Vamos was technically a kei truck, a leisure vehicle based on the Honda TN360 and introduced in November 1970. A 354 cc two cylinder gasoline engine with overhead camshaft, air cooled and mounted in the middle, which it shared with the TN360, N360 and Z360, powered it, and instead of doors it had swing-out guard rails to keep occupants secure. It rivaled the Suzuki Jimny and the Daihatsu Fellow buggy of the time, and only 2,500 were built in all. Each model year has its own page.
