The Honda S660 had one generation, a lightweight roadster with a targa roof and its engine behind the seats, whose dimensions, because of kei size limits, are almost the same as those of the 1990s Beat. It is sold with either a 6 speed manual transmission or a 7 speed CVT with sports paddle shifters, both offered on the two trims available, Alpha and Beta, and weighs approximately 830 kg with the manual. Ryo Mukumoto led the development team; at 22 he had won Honda's in house competition against 400 others and was given 5 years to develop the S660. Each model year has its own page.
