Honda Ridgeline (first generation)

Automobiles

The first-generation Ridgeline, internal code YK1, reached showrooms in March 2005 labelled a 2006 model, and it was Honda's first step into the pickup truck, a staple of American motoring. An engineering team from Honda R&D Americas led by Gary Flint designed it, development started in 2001, and the production version was unveiled at the 2005 North American International Auto Show. Honda's publications claim it shared only 7 percent of its components with other Honda vehicles. Production of the first generation ended in early 2015. Each model year of this generation has its own page.
