Honda added a new Black Edition trim to the Pilot lineup during July 2019, as part of the 2020 model year. The Black Edition was available on the 2020 to 2022 model year Pilots and was later reintroduced to the fourth generation. The 2020 Pilot otherwise carried the refreshed 2019 design with standard LED headlights and Honda Sensing on every trim.
