Honda facelifted the Passport in November 2021 for 2022, giving it a front end like that of the refreshed second generation Ridgeline, plus a new TrailSport trim with a more aggressive appearance package aimed at off-road use. Honda introduced the TrailSport trim in September 2021, making it the first TrailSport in the Honda lineup. For 2022 the Sport and Touring trims were dropped, leaving three trims: EX-L, TrailSport and Elite.
