A model of the Honda N-Box for wheelchair access was released in August 2012, with four wheel drive standard for wheelchair access models. The top trim, the Modulo X, came in December 2012, with a redesigned grille and front fascia and suspension lowered by 15 mm. It was only offered in front wheel drive.
