Honda introduced the third generation Inspire and Saber on October 15, 1998, the first Honda that was designed and built in the US and then exported to Japan. In North America this vehicle was sold as the Acura TL. Internavi, Honda's navigation system based on the internet, first appeared in this generation, and the Saber version of the car was sold as Honda Verno's top sedan. This page belongs to the Honda Inspire (third generation), 1998 to 2002 model years; the generation page and the Honda Inspire model page link to the other model years, so the changes of neighbouring years can be read in order.
