North America got the tenth-generation facelift for 2019, with Honda Sensing as standard equipment and a new Sport trim, placed above the LX on sedan and coupe, that added a rectangular center exhaust tip, a decklid spoiler and 18-inch alloy wheels. The front gained a black housing around the projector headlamps on non-turbo cars, a restyled lower air splitter and a piano black grille, and the 7-inch touchscreen gained volume knobs. The revised car has been on sale in the United States since October 10, 2018. The Civic made Car and Driver's 10Best list in 2019, and India received the facelifted car in March 2019.
